When Sasha Keable debuted “Tai Chi” during her Tiny Desk performance in July, fans instantly demanded its release.
As the year nears its end, the British-Colombian singer gifts fans with their wish.”You’ve been bullying me for months. It’s finally yours,” Keable shared in an Instagram post on Monday (Dec. 8).
Named after the ancient Chinese mind-body practice, “Tai Chi” flows over a lush groove that practically forces a body roll. Keable’s sultry vocals mesh gracefully with the backdrop crafted by P2J, Daoud and Cole YoursTruly.
On the intimate track, Keable turns meditation in motion into a masterclass of physical pleasure: “If I do it to ya, can you handle it? / If I move to it, don’t be scared of it / Talkin’ Tai Chi, rub your hands on it.”

“Tai Chi” follows the release of her Act Right EP, which arrived Aug. 8 via The Fight Club Records. The seven-track project includes Keable’s soul-stirring ballad “Why,” as well as the Leon Thomas-assisted “Move It Along.”
“This project comes from a place of betrayal and heartbreak,” Keable explained. “I felt like if I didn’t make this music I might lose my mind. I made this project for myself, it’s exactly what I needed.”
Keable supported her latest project as an opening act on Givēon‘s Dear Beloved, The Tour this fall.
At this time, it’s unclear whether “Tai Chi” is a standalone single or will appear on a future project. With 2026 around the corner, it only builds more anticipation for what the rising singer has in store.
