Ari Lennox Releases New Song ‘Vacancy’

Ari Lennox is back. The DMV native has released her new single “Vacancy,” produced by Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox.

On the sultry jam, Lennox invites a love interest to occupy her precious space. “I want you to fill this vacancy / Come through, ooh baby,” she sings with a smirk.

“Vacancy” follows “Soft Girl Era,” also produced by Dupri and Cox, which dropped March 26 in celebration of her 34th birthday. Both tracks are expected to appear on Lennox’s upcoming project.

Last year, the singer released her vintage soul track “Smoke,” produced by BongoByTheWay. Before that, in 2023, she dropped her steamy tune “Get Close.” 

Lennox released her sophomore album, age/sex/location, on Sept. 9, 2022. The project included her No. 1 hit “Pressure,” another Dupri and Cox production, plus “Queen Space” with Summer Walker, “Boy Bye” featuring Lucky Daye and “Leak It” featuring Chlöe.
